Betty
Evans draws inspiration for her art from people.
She includes many people in most of her
paintings. All of her paintings tell a happy
story that brings smiles to faces. Her art has a
Caribbean flavor which she attributes to her
family roots.
She prefers to
work with oil paints and loves vivid colors.
She began
entering art competitions in 1997 and won
numerous awards and ribbons. Her works are in
private collections all over the world. Three of
her paintings were used in three episodes of the
tv show E.R. And two are currently seen on the
sitcom My Wife And The Kids.
She recently
signed with Film Art in Hollywood to lease her
images to movies and TV shows.
