Is there something unique or secretive about NoHo that you’d like to share with others? Jackalope! It's a really wonderful place to shop for funky gifts and furniture. They have an extensive selection of ceramic pots and fountains too

Why did you move to NoHo? I just ended up here by chance about 8 years ago, and have never wanted to leave!
What do you do for a living? We own our own company UNIVAYA LLC. We produce Hi Def highly specialized Corporate DVD'S that emphasize mechanical engineering. We also advise on marketing, websites and raising capitol. We also write and produce music. I am also a performer.
What are your hobbies/interests? Gardening and cooking. I am also working on a cookbook. I love to putter in my yard and come up with musical ideas and lyrics for songs.
What’s the meaning of life in NoHo? NoHo life? Well.. it's means to be a bit off beat. It means to be creative and unstifled. As Brian calls his restaurant... it's Eclectic!!!. We love it here because everyone is a bit different and unique. Most people in this area are in some way involved in the Entertainment Industry. This makes most that you meet here very creative and out of the box in some way. NoHo is not the Burbs or the West Side....
What needs improving in NoHo? The roads, they are horrible. I would also like to see something done about the people who wander around drinking alcohol and smoking pot on our neighborhood streets and in our park. Since I live so close to the park these people try to congregate in front of my home quite often. I would also like to see speed bumps on neighborhood streets. People drive too fast up and down our side streets without any regard for people backing out of drives, animals or children.
Anything else unique about yourself that you can share with others? That is a hard one for someone to say about themselves. You would have to ask those who know me.. Oh, I guess one thing unique is I am a survivor of stage III colon cancer.. I will be 10 yrs. cancer free in Sept!!! I am very lucky to still be on this earth. There must be a reason I am still here!!
