NoHo is a
growing arts community and a place where
many Los Angelenos proudly call home. Due to
the new development and variety of homes,
the METRO hub and close proximity to
absolutely everything, the ability to walk
to local businesses, the Business
Improvement District, and the unique
entertainment options, many more families
will make NoHo their home this year. This
article highlights the places to live, the
businesses in our District and a selection
of the things that makes NoHo a fun place to
live. Looking for an apartment? Below is a
highlight of some of the apartments with
spectacular amenities and a prime NoHo
location.

Due to its small area, NoHo is easy to
navigate and even easier to get involved in
supporting your community. We are pleased to
welcome the NoHo Business Improvement
District a.k.a. The BID. They opened
their doors this year and have already begun
to transform NoHo! You ve
probably seen their security ambassadors
patrolling the area on bicycles ensuring our
safety and that of our local businesses. We
are sure youve
noticed the Clean
Team
out daily sprucing up our streets. If you
have any questions or concerns, we encourage
you stop by their offices at 5026 Lankershim
Boulevard. Or just stop by and let them know
what a great job theyre
doing!
Another organization that should be on
concerned citizens
list is The Midtown North Hollywood
Neighborhood Council. Stop by to see how
theyre
helping our neighborhood. Meetings are held
the second Wednesday of each month:
Sendak Elementary School
11414 Tiara Street
North Hollywood
(818) 762-9267
On behalf of nohoartsdistrict.com, we
hope you find these links useful and that
you start the year off with a bang!
