Can the City assist with graffiti
removal?
Yes. The City of Los Angeles’ Office of

performed using paint, chemical solvents or
sandblasting/ water blasting, depending on
the type of surface. All services are free
of charge to the residents of the City of
Los Angeles.
To request service, call 3-1-1 or complete
the online request form at http://www.laocb.org.
This service is available citywide.
