GoodWill Workouts plans to give back to other local community groups in future classes as well.

The team hopes to be able to spread GoodWill Workouts as a way to build healthy communities in the East San Fernando Valley and beyond. Their classes will feature them teaming up together for cardio, resistance, core, functional, and flexibility training. All ages and fitness levels are welcome.
