NoHo based Personal Fitness Trainers Jack Witt and Nancy Sexton have one thing in common besides making people sweat and breath heavy...they enjoy giving back to the community. Their up-coming boot-camp style outdoor exercise class called "GoodWill Workouts" will merge fitness and community together to benefit the UCNH Jaycees, a local leadership and development organization that runs charity events and projects throughout the year.

"Nancy and I are both Past Presidents of the Jaycees, and thought they would be a great civic group to start giving a portion of our class proceeds to" explains Witt, who recently also served as Chamber of Commerce President and is a Fit Tips column writer for nohoartsdistrict.com. GoodWill Workouts plans to give back to other local community groups in future classes as well.

The team hopes to be able to spread GoodWill Workouts as a way to build healthy communities in the East San Fernando Valley and beyond. Their classes will feature them teaming up together for cardio, resistance, core, functional, and flexibility training. All ages and fitness levels are welcome.
