Requirements
- 50% of rental fee is due upon contract agreement.
- 50% remainder balance due on or before opening night/or day of event.
- Must provide copy of proof of Insurance for at least $1 million dollar liability at time of booking.

- $600 per single performance
- Weekend rates $2400 for Thursday, Friday, Saturday Evenings and Sunday Matinee
- $2000 4 day week if booked for 6 weeks minimum.
- $50 Hourly Rehearsal Rate
- Additional lighting and sound tech is $100.00 per staff member.

Cancellations
- More than 90 calendar days notice: 15% of rental fee due
- 89 - 60 calendar days notice: 25% of the rental fee due
- 59 – 42 calendar days notice: 50% of the rental fee due
- 41 – 15 calendar days notice: 75% of the rental fee due
- Less than 15 calendar days notice: Full rental rate fee is due.
