J.E.T. Studios Rental Rate sheet
Use of the Studio is by reservation only and requires the following in advance:
1- Signed rental agreement. You will be bound by all terms and conditions of this rate sheet and Rental agreement. So please read them carefully.
2- 50% deposit due upfront to hold the space-nonrefundable. Balance due on first day of rental.
3- Photocopy of Renter’s driver license. Copy may be made at studio at time of rental.
4- Certificate of General Liability Insurance may be required. See rental Agreement.
5- Company reserves the right to refuse reservations at its sole discretion.
Auditions: rate is $15/hr. in any Studio
Cleaning: The Studio should look the way you received it upon departure. A cleaning fee will be charged in the amount of $50 if the Studio feels it necessary. You will be contacted within 24 hours of your rental.
Painting: The Theatre should look the way you received it upon departure. A painting fee will be charged in the amount of $300 if the Studios feel it is necessary.
You will be contacted within 24 hours of your rental.
Damage/Loss/Repair: you will be contacted within 24 hours of your rental if there were any missing items, damage or repair.
Rental times must begin and conclude inside the rental period. Studio must be cleaned and vacated by the end of the rental period. All set pieces must be placed behind the curtain in a neat and organized manner. Stage should be cleared of all set pieces. Overtime will be charged at a rate of 30 min increments. (i.e. check out is 5p you leave at 5:15 you will owe for ½ hour. Leave at 5:35 you will owe for 1 hour.)
The Chaplin Camera Studio
$120/4 hour class –includes camera and monitor.
$40/hour - commercial casting. (Includes use of camera and DVD copy. 4 hr. minimum)
$30/hour for on camera rehearsal. (Includes camera set up)
Virtual Casting- $800/day (includes cameraman and uploading)
Personality Slate- $75
Record sides for audition on DVD for uploading - $75
