Theatre Unlimited see
'Seisiun' - the
longest-running Traditional
Music Session in Southern
California, which includes
Irish Gaelic lessons at 7
PM, Ceili Dance at 8 PM
(beginners welcome), and
music beginning at 9 PM.
AND it is FREE.
These Monday night seisiuns
can be very entertaining,
with well-known musicians,
singers and dancers dropping
in from time to time.
The Celtic Arts Center is a
non-profit volunteer-run
theater and cultural arts
organization, founded in
1985. We teach Irish and
Scots Gaelic, Celtic folk
dance and other subjects,
and produce concerts by
local and international
Celtic musicians, as well as
producing award-winning
theater by Irish,
Irish-American, and other
Celtic playwrights. We also
have produced a CD featuring
some of the performers who
have appeared at The Center
over the years.

Center is a member-supported
and run non-profit cultural
arts organization (501c3)
that for over 22 years has
been promoting and
preserving the cultures and
languages of all the Celtic
nations.
The organization's
Irish-Gaelic name "An
Claidheamh Soluis,"
which translated into
English means “The Sword of
Light”, is an apt metaphor
for the inspirational power
behind both the ancient and
the contemporary
contributions the Celtic
cultures make to the Arts of
today. The organization
strives to preserve and
promote the cherished
traditions and the living
cultures of the Celts
through its ongoing and
unique educational
programming, its seasonal
celebrations, and its renown
performing arts productions
in the Greater Los Angeles
area. In addition to its
award-winning theatrical
productions, the Celtic Arts

hosts concerts, classes, and
Southern California's
longest-running traditional
Celtic music session
